In an effort to maintain the highest standards of safety the Hands On: Real-Life Lessons for Middle School Classrooms science experiments have been reviewed by a panel of food safety and microbiology experts and the the co-director of the Food Safety Center of Excellence, Dr. Ann Draughon.
